The major factor of this complex
process implies the perspective, optimal and pregressive
learning methods, otherwise called the technology of
interation, its basis being the new philosophy of
constructivism and post-modernism. The latter has been
the methodological foundation of education in the XXI
cetury.
The main idea of the philosophy considers
the necessity of teaching, bringing up new presonalities
– active, creative and responsible ones, able to respect
social diversity, cultures dialogue and teacher-student
reciprocity. The technology beased on this philosophy
(cooperative technology, method of critical pedagogics,
pedagogical anthropology, authentic ethnic talk, project
presenation, ect.) assumes the organization of joint
learning process by means of team work diversity. It
supposes the necessity of students mutual assisrance as
well as their identity in learning process.
Five basic elements characterize

leadership, communication, confidence in partners and
conflict solving
