The Lyceum Student Research Society “Lytseist” is an
organization aimed at

assisting gifted students in further improvement of
their academic performance
-
stimulating students’ interest in science as a field
of study and a career
-
developing students’ research skills and abilities
-
giving students experience in planning their
educational careers
-
sharing the results of their research and competing
for recognition and awards in the Student Academy of
Science
In working toward its goals and
objectives, the lyceum research society
“Lytseist”
provides students with many challenges
and opportunities. It serves as a resource information
center for those who would like to further their
interests and accomplishments by hearing lectures,
presentations by professional scientists, visiting
resource centers and libraries, attending and/or
presenting reports on their own research projects.
Membership is available to all the
students of the lyceum wishing to do research and
scientific work.
All student members and teachers are
invited to attend and encouraged to participate in the
activities of the Student Research Society during its
annual meetings.
All students writing research paper are
supervised by a lyceum teacher, university lecturer or a
parent.
The highest body of the scientific
research society guidance is the General Meeting aimed
at resolving all kinds of questions concerning lyceum
students’ research activities.
